Opero runs a digital store on Shopify. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit or buy, why, and what is done with it.

Who is responsible

What is collected

  • When you buy: name, email address, billing details needed to complete payment, and order details.
  • Payment card details are not stored by us. They go directly to the payment provider.
  • When you visit: technical usage data collected by Shopify (browser, device, IP address, pages viewed, referral source) and cookies for the cart, preferences and general usage measurement.
  • When you email us: the content of your message.

Why

  • To complete your order and deliver the files.
  • To send order confirmations and related updates.
  • To answer support requests and handle refund requests.
  • To run the store securely and prevent fraud.
  • For aggregated statistics that help improve the store.

Do you have to provide it?

There is no legal obligation to provide information. Without a name, email address and billing details the order cannot be completed and the files cannot be delivered.

Why we may use it

  • Performing the purchase contract: order, payment and delivery.
  • Legal obligations: accounting and tax records.
  • Legitimate interests: store security, fraud prevention and improving the store.
  • Consent: marketing email and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who receives it

Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (store and checkout), the payment provider (payment), the digital delivery service (download link) and the email service (confirmations and replies). We do not sell or rent your information. Some of these providers operate outside Israel, so information may be stored abroad.

Marketing email

Only if you choose to sign up. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Order emails are not marketing.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in Israel is generally seven years. Support emails are kept for as long as they are relevant to the request.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. Residents of US states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, may have additional rights under those laws. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. In Israel you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority. Write to livingoodforever@gmail.com from the email used for the purchase, or include the order number.

Security

The store runs on Shopify infrastructure with an encrypted connection. No online system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee that a breach will never happen.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the cart and checkout. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only according to the choice you make in the cookie banner, where one is shown in your region.

Age

The store is intended for adults. If information about a minor was provided, write to us and it will be deleted.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
