Terms of service

Buying from the Opero store and using the files delivered through it are subject to these terms. A purchase means you accept them.

1. What is sold

Digital files for download: AI agent skills, agent instructions, templates, checklists and guides, packaged as tracks. No physical products, subscriptions, coaching or setup services.

2. License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own business, as many times as you like. You may edit and adapt them, and what you create with them is yours.

You may not sell, rent, share, publish or distribute the files or parts of them, include them in a product or course you sell, or remove the Opero identification and present them as your own. Copyright in the files remains with Opero. Breaching this section cancels the license without a refund.

3. What you need

Each product page lists the accounts and tools needed, such as Claude or Manus with Skills, Publer, Make or ManyChat. Setting up and running outside tools is your responsibility, and Opero is not responsible for their availability, prices or terms.

4. What the products do not do

  • They do not promise any business, financial or marketing result, income, time saving or success rate.
  • They do not send or publish anything without your approval, and responsibility for the decisions made remains yours.
  • They are not business, legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
  • They do not include coaching, training or setup support.

5. AI limitations

AI output depends on the tool, its version and the context given, and may be inaccurate. Read and verify every output before using it, especially when it includes figures, prices, commitments or messages to customers.

6. Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase. Price changes do not apply to completed purchases. The refund policy is part of these terms.

7. Your email address

The download link is sent to the email entered at checkout. If there was a mistake in the address, write to us with the order details.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the store and files available but do not guarantee continuous availability. Keep a copy of your files after download.

9. Limitation of liability

The files are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opero is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including loss of income, customers or data. In any case, liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page. Changes do not apply to completed purchases.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Haifa District, Israel, have jurisdiction, without derogating from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
